Meet The Team

Jimmy Founded My Future Academy in 2017 after completing a Bachelor of Youth Work & a Bachelor of Sport & Recreation Management. Jimmy saw a need to try and curb the negative stigma surrounding mental health in his community and to provide young people engaging and safe health promotion programs, events and activities.

My Future Academy has grown from an initiative to help the community through to a company employing 5 permanent staff and a handful of dedicated, hardworking casuals. 

​

Jimmy works in schools and communities across Australia planning and delivering a range of programs and initiatives.

Brodie is one of the Directors at My Future Academy and has extensive experience in Business, Education and Life! Brodie holds a Bachelor of Sport and Business Management & a Diploma of Education

 

Brodie has exceptional leadership and facilitation skills and has been working with young people for several years.

A huge passion for fitness, wellbeing and education - Brodie is well placed to plan, deliver and evaluate a range of programs and initiatives that improve the social, emotional and physical wellbeing of our participants. 

​

Brodie is a fantastic human with a genuine hunger to improve the lives of young people! 

Georgia is our Lead Coach who's energy is unmatched! Georgia loves working with young people and being a positive role model. 

​

Georgia has been delivering our Active at School program for over 4 years and thrives on building relationships with staff, students and community members. 

​

Georgia is extremely hard working and thoroughly enjoys what she does. We are very lucky to have Georgia and are super excited to continue watching her grow and develop her skillset! 

Darby is one of our Coaches who loves the outdoors and working with young people!

​

Darby has an enormous passion for physical activity and is a keen (and very good) Footballer. Darby has been a fantastic addition to the team and is great to work with, We are really excited to see what the future holds for this young man. 

​

You'll find Darby working in Primary and Secondary Schools, our Mighty Mover program and plenty of school holiday initiatives that we run!  

Jacqui is our incredible accounts and administration guru!

 

Jacqui does a mountain of work behind the scenes to ensure everything runs smoothly. We are so lucky to have Jacqui on the team so that we can deliver our programs without the stress of an overload of paperwork!

2024 is going to be an amazing year and we are pumped to have Jacqui on board again.
